How to Use:
- Prepare the Test Kit: Open the test device and dropper provided in the kit.
- Collect the Sample: Using the dropper, carefully collect 3 drops of urine.
- Apply the Sample: put drops into the sample well.
- Run the Test: Place test cards in the Analyzer under either “Standard Mode” for automated incubation or “Quick Mode” for manual incubation options.
- Read the Results: After 5 minutes the Serenity Fentanyl Analyzer will display the results.
Interpreting Results:
- Positive: A positive result indicates the presence of fentanyl at or above the cutoff concentration (1.0 ng/mL). Professional clinical judgment is required for further confirmation using laboratory methods like GC/MS or LC/MS-MS.
