At present, we are offering two different variations of this product where each is able to detect a few different substances. This test is incredibly easy to use, requiring only the patient to urinate into the cup with the results appearing as soon as 5 minutes after the sample has been provided.

What is a 6 panel drug test

The 6 panel drug test includes a testing cup with 6 sensitivity panels on the inside. Panels will come in contact with the urine sample and will react to them by displaying control lines on their surface. Depending on the number and the position of control lines appearing, the results can either be: positive, negative or invalid.

The 6 panel urine drug test is able to detect traces of illegal substances through one’s urine system. After a person urinates into the testing cup the 6 panels will react according to the contents of the sample and will produce certain control lines depending on the results.

How does a 6 panel drug test work?

The 6 panel drug test can detect illegal drug traces through someone’s urine sample. When a person consumes any illegal drugs, it will leave some traces in someone’s system and those traces can be detected in the person’s urine for up to 7 days after consuming the drugs. Both of our versions of the 6 panel drug tests will be able to detect different drug traces.

How to use 6 panel drug test

Step by step guide to using the 6 Panel Drug Test Cup:

1. The patient will remove the cup from the sealed pouch and proceed to use it as soon as possible
2. The patient will urinate into the cup after which the cup should be screwed tightly. Once the cup has been screwed, the timer for the test will start
3. The patient will hand over the cup to the medical expert where the date and the initials will be confirmed, as well as, cap tightness
4. The peel-off label will be removed
5. In 2-4 minutes after the peel has been removed the temperature label should change color to green, indicating a proper temperature 90 – 100°F (32 – 38°C)
6. Results of the drug test will appear in the results area 5 minutes after the test has been performed. The results will be displayed in the shape of color bands in the results area section
7. In case of positive test results, another method may be sent to a toxicology laboratory to re-confirm the positive test

6 panel drug test results explanation

The 6 panel drug tests will give initial results using control lines laid out on the 6 panels adjacent to the cup. Just like most urine drug tests out there, the panels can potentially display two types of control lines: the “C” line and the “T” line. Depending on the number of lines that appear we can determine the results which go as follows:

• Positive – only the above “C” line appears
• Negative – both the “C” and the “T” line appear
• Invalid – only the “T” line appears or no line appears

In case of an invalid result, the patient may be required to retake the test.
